The Supreme Court has upheld the election of governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State.The apex court, in a marathon judgment this evening, equally upheld the elections of governors Abiola Ajimobi of Oyo State and Ibrahim Gaidam of Yobe state.

However, the seven-man panel of the Justices of the apex court that heard the three election cases today, said they would adduce reasons for their judgment on February 15.
